We build two systems of differential equations to model. One models a Polyculture of crops and the other models a Monoculture of crops. Both are loosedly based on the Lotka-Volterra predator-prey model and both account for diffusion of pests and nutrients through system. We simulate this model in Matlab and do stability analysis of the simulation using Singular Value Decomposition.
